Mend Rover 200 Timing Belt Broke

timing setting for a rover 200?

hi, i have a R reg rover 200, 1.4 8v. the timing belt tenstioner has broke and the belt come loose. i just want to make sure the timing is still right and if not can you tell me the setting to fix it please. its would be a big massive help. thanks.
