How do I fix my Worcester 35CDi?

I've opened my cupboard to find water leaking out of the bottom of my boiler. I've removed the front cover and it seems to be leaking from behind the red tank from a small square block that has a piece of blue plastic on top which is branching off one of the water feeds. Anyone know what it is, how to fix it and how much I can expect to pay?
