AL05 on Hotpoint dwf70s?

I have the problem where all the water is pumped out at the beginning of the cycle but get alarm code AL05. Tried switching off and started again same alarm comes up after a few mins and the machine stops.
Filled up the washer with a bucket of water and reset, again all water is pumped out but machine stops after a few mins and cycle pauses.

HELP any clues to this dreadfully independant hate to do a call out as I normally fix most faults with my appliances, machine 18 months old.

PS the fillter is clean and no bockages had the pump out to check its clear and also it ran on the workbench ok.
