HOW CAN I FIX MY WASHING MACHIN INDESIT W103?

I WONT TO REPLACE THE BEARING IN THE SHAFT OF THE DRUM BUT I DONT KNOW HOW.

It is not worth repairing as these are a very weak machine and it is quite a job for a novice.
