how to remove crank and conrod to replace rings the motor has been dusted and has low compression model victa v160 2stroke

Check the compression release valve before you strip it down. They are known to leak. As a test, replace it with a spark plug (no connection to it, just as a plug to fill the hole).

Considerably more effort that usual will be required to start it, but if it works, a new CR valve is a lot less effort.
