Mend Correct Switch Position

How to correct switch position?

I have installed a three gang two way switch, but the on/off position of the switches are back to front. I have tried re-positioning the face plate, but still the switch is not corresponding correctly!

You need to swap the positions of the wires in the L1 and L2 terminals.

Remember please turn off the electricity before doing anything
