leaking cast iron guttering?

remove the fixing bolts, these are usually rusted on, and need a disc cutter on them. clean out the seating area of the bottom gutter and the top piece of gutter that sits into it, fill with plumbers putty and put the two pieces back in line slot the new fixing bolt in the hole and tighten up, excess putty will squeeze out and you will have a tight waterproof join. would take it all down myself and put plastic up. good luck, alan ghyllsidebuilders@hotmail.com
