Mend Peugeot 306 Front Side Moves

Peugeot 306 tyre moves/wobbles when jacked up?

Hi
Found that the front drivers side tyre moves when jacked up, all nuts are tight. A couple of weeks ago a knocking sound occured so got the bearings done which is fine know. Could it be that the ball joints are gone or bearings arnt done properly. Any idea? Thanks

What position are your hands when rocking the wheel top and bottom or back and front side of wheel if top and bottom probably lower arm ball joint if side to side probably steering trackrod end
