Mend Grohe Dual Flush Toilet

Grohe Dual Flush?

I have two dual flush Grohe toilets in my flat. Both are about 5 years old. Neither of these will flush (either long or short) unless you continue to hold the button in. I have taken the button panel off the front and the two 'vacuum' tubes appear to be connected correctly. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? thanks!
