I have a Glow-worm Compact 100E. Heating is OK, but hot water is intermittent. Sometimes its just luke warm and another time its hot. The thermister has been changed, but the problem persists.
After much thought and undecision as to what could be the cause, I got an engineer to call and have a look.
To my surprise it turned out to be a defective gas valve, causing low gas pressure to the burners. A consiquence of which was that the control panel had also suffered damage. Total bill, 422pounds. Life!!!
