Mend Worcester 24CDI Trouble Boiler Heating

trouble with worcester boiler d.h.w?

hi,iv'e got a worcester 24cdi boiler and the central heating water's ok but the domestic water doesn't get very hot even if left running.A "plumber"changed the diverter valve but still the same,any ideas would be helpfull,cheers,vic.
