How can I fix my RCA 52" projection television? model p52731wk?

Ok my TV is flashing and has a set of green half circle lines going form the base up to the top. The lines are closer together near the bottom and farther apart at the top. The lines are not nearly as annoying as the flashing so if anybody knows either answer it would be of great help.
