my xbox is gubbed?

every time i switch on my xbox the power connection burns and crackles.how do i go about sortin it.

Contact x-box as you may have one of the faulty leads that they were replacing.
If it is one of those (identified with serial number) they will replace the lead. If the socket is damaged they may request it to be returned at their expense.
