how can i fix Zanussi FJS1025W washing machine?

the water that comes through the tube at the front via the grey door gasket is call the jet system.this is operated by a pump and a tube up to the door gasket.if the pump fails it doesn't work or if the tube from the pump blocks it doesn't work.make sure the filter is clean as this can reduce the flow if it is blocked.you need to find if its a pump fault or a blockage and to do that requires you to strip and check components
