Mend Glow-worm Micron 40FF Burner Heating Fault

Please Help. I have a Glow-worm Micron 40FF?

I have 2 green lights. The reset one is bold green and the burner on light is flashing green. My heating is not coming on and my water is not heating up. Any help would be appreciated.
