Mend Baxi Solo 3 PFL Boiler Central Heating Repair

How can I fix my Baxi Solo 3 PFL boiler?

My central heating will not come on by itself but only when there is a demand for hot water. As soon as the hot water is upto temperature the central heating (boiler) switches of.
