how can i fix hotpoint wf620 1200spin?

f-03 keeps coming up when washing machine is working have to turn of at mains and start all over again its doing it all the time

Hotpoint demo mode
Machine is in demo mode - used by salesmen to demonstrate the machine in the showroom. You need to take it out of demo mode. There are various methods depending on the model.
Try these steps:
Press start/cancel until all leds light, press start/cancel and on/off together till "dOFF" is displayed. or,
Press cancel button or,
Press both start/cancel and on/off together along with the top left option button until "dOFF" is displayed.
