Mend Cable Connect Inside

the peice that the cable line is connect into (on the back) of my tv?

The peice on the back of my tv set (where you connect thte cable cord in) has come out. The inside peice. It had been loose for sometime..when I had to tighten it the other day it....it came off. I can make a connection, fuzzy though...if I hold it there. Is this easy to fix?

If you mean the coax socket has come loose where the aerial cable plugs in, then you need a qualified repairer.
