drivers door on a micra has dropped?

I had exactly this on our Micra. Open the door, undo the bolts fixing the bottom hinge to the door. Lift up the door (you'll probably need someone to help here) and put a couple of washers between the hinge and the door. Put the bolts back in and check the alignment. You may need to experiment with washers of different thickness. Hope this helps.
