Mend Candy CL43 White Turning Capacitor

white night drier cl43?

drier was not turning but powering up.Changed the capacitor which corrected the problem.Replaced everything,switched on fired up straight away.Now the heating element does not because the drier doesnt heat upAny ideas would be grateful.
