FRONT DOOR TRIPLE LOCK PROBLEM?

see if you can remove hinge pins then you should be able to slide door back to open,sounds as if the lock has gone faulty if handle is not releasing door

Try lifting the door up when you are trying to release the locking mechanism,as your door might have dropped and will need re-packing if this works,if it dosnt work and you are capable,take panel/glass out of your door and try again,if this dosnt work your lockstrip has failed,and you will need to order a new one if you know the make and type that it is eg,dead bolts,rollers,hook bolt and shoot bolts,then if your lockstrip is hard to push down,use a bit of force till it gives then replace with new one.hope this helps
