Hi, I tried unlocking our door from the outside while there was still a key on the inside. We now struggle to lock/unlock the door. The locking mechanism works fine but once the door is locked or unlocked we cannot remove the key - any suggestions? Thanks
Replace the lock now before it becomes an issue.
There is a screw on the edge of the door just below the latch. Remove it, then turn the key about a quarter of a turn to remove the barrel.
