hygena oven and grill?

when turningon as soon as i let go of control knob gas cuts out after some time it will light

Hi Kev, it sounds like you have a version of regulator that has a thermocouple.This may need replacing.
Before you replace, have a look at the burner and see if it is clean.Sometimes the flames are restricted and the end of the thermocouple is not in the flame so it will not close the regulator to stay alight.
