Mend Ford Focus 2000 1.8 Zetec Car

Ford Focus 2000 1.8 Zetec reverse bulb replacement?

The reverse light don't work and i would like to know how to replace the bulb. Its on the very bottom of back of the car. (yer i dont wana pay15 quid for a manual!)
