Mend Johnson & Starley J25-32 Heating Lockout Pilot Light

how do i light the pilot on Johnson & Starley J25-32?

I have tried to light the pilot on my hot air system but the button for the pilot seems to be not going fully home. does this need reset or is it locked out for some other reason

Pilot light on the eljan is yellow & large. How do I adjust

Usually these have a grey push button valve.Twist it first as sometimes they stick,then you should find it should push right in.Most have to lit manually with a match.If the pilot goes out again after holding the button in for 30 secs the t/couple will have failed.
