how can i stop my domestic oil tank leaking?

the domestic oil tank is leaking at the seams is there any compound that can be applied to stop this or does it have to be welded ?

fuel oil is basically diesel and it will find the smallest hole to escape, the only answer in my opinion is to replace the tank.
