how can i wash dishes if soap door will not stay closed?

I need to use the dishwasher but soap dispenser won't stay closed?

Hi momo, put the machine on an eco wash or delicate wash and put the tablet in the cutlery basket.You only need to use the dispenser when you are on a programme with a pre wash.All the best.
