how can i fix my fridge-frezzer zanussi zenb9750?

frezzer ok fridge will not go cold alarm keeps going off was told to unplug it for 48 hours this worked for 7 weeks but it has started getting warm again and setting the alarm off

auto defrost faulty.sensors or defrost timers or pcb or fans faulty.all of the above can cause this fault.also air leaking in through back where pipes and wiring enter the freezer compartment can do this problem.seal them with putty or silicone
