if you do pu it up to 25mm - which usually this is a new condensing boiler for this dimention. it is only not to current standards if you do and thats not an issue in any way

british standard is 300mm but like a says, manufacturers instructions are the one to go by. find manual for boiler to check but i would imagine most will be the same
