Mend Frister Rossmann 4 Model Wheel Turn

Frister Rossman overlocker 4?

I've been given an older model overlocker, seems to be in good condition, but the wheel will only turn half a revolution. Can't see anything obvious which is causing it to stop. Is there anything I can check myself, or is this possibly a timing problem needing a mechanic? Any advice gratefully received.

You are better off getting it retimed at the shop, not easy to retime an overlocker yourself.
