Mend Iveco 35C11 Daily Brakes

iveco daily brakes?

hi, i have a iveco daily 35c11, 20001 modle, the front discs are new and the pads front and back, i have bled the system 3 times but the pedle is spongy, when driving if i pump the brake twice the brakes work a lot better, please help, thanks for your time.

test your master cylinder ,bench test in situ,also ensure correct operation of proportioning valve if equipped.
