Mend Heating Today Problem

No Central Heating after Oil Delivery?

Hi,
Yesterday we had a new delivery of oil for our outside tank. Today we have tried to switch the heating on but it is not working. We think there is a problem with oil getting to the boiler. Could the delivery man have knocked something becuase it was working well before the delivery.
I have read elsewhere that letting your tank get low can block the fuel line but we had plenty of oil.
Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

Turns out the driver knocked the shut off valve on the top of the tank with the pipe and broke it. Just need to get a replacement now :)
