God there is so much on here!!! My immobiliser has just started playing up, couldnt start it at all for 2 days. I do have a leak, not 100% sure where from, sealed up sunroof but still leaked so thinking could be aerial. Are you saying these things could be connected?????
hia all iv got a 2001 espace
took it to a garage for a cambelt change
battery went flat now will not start turns over but no power to injecters does it need re coding

If yours is early model reno with immob that switches off when doors unlocked with remote rather than transponder in key then yes water leak is causing fault. You'll need to replace infra red eye and remove aerial base and seal it with silicone sealer.
