no spark is it an immobiliser fault?

Iv just put a new block in my 2001 1.2 16v clio 2 ,ive put all the original parts bk on the block. (wiring,coil pack,e.t.c) and now ive no spark. Ive checked all the connector clips and thers a live going to all of them except the 1 tht goes to the coil. It could be the immob but the light isnt flashing when tryin to be started. fuses av been checked its not tht so im wundering if any1 as ad the same problem and can help ...cheers
