wood effect covering has fallen off 1 kitchen unit door?

hiya, my kitchen cupboard doors are covered with wood effect which has started peeling off 2 unit doors,
can the wood effect be replaced by myself as iv been looking in d.i.y stores but cannot buy it . do you know a d.i.y store that sells it? or do i need to purchase a complete new door.thank you
