my central heating is switched off but my radiators are hot?

if your heating has a y plan valve by the cylinder it might be not shutting off on the heating side so when it comes on for hot water it makes it way through to the heating circuit thus warming the radiators if you have a gravity hot water system there is a non return valve on the heating circuit this could be stuck open allowing the heating to get hot
