my dishwasher has decided to leak water all over kitchen floor! the leak seems to be coming from the underside of the unit. on further inspection the internal filter was completely blocked, once cleared dishwasher continued to leak from the same place. i haven't had chance to turn the unit on its side yet, but will do as soon as i get time. any ideas on how to fix or what parts i might need to replace or whether it is completley ruined will be gratefully accepted.

I've also had this problem with mine (along with many many others). The pipe connection, above the heater, on the back of the unit was lose and therefore leaking water out (all over the heater unit too, so therefore it also tripped the electric!). Put on a new pipe crimp connection and that problem seems to be solved (although it does still short the circuit breaker regulary, although to date no pools of water on the floor)
