Mend Honda Civic SE Electric Windows Fully

How can I fix electric window on my Honda?

My Electric windows runners have frayed away on the drivers side, and the window won't close fully. How can I repair this? My car is a Honda Civic SE, 2000 reg.

I have the similar problem on a 2001 Civic EX, I would check Fuse 23, that may be half blown. Replace it if necessary.
