Chip - My LW8203W2 just died and I am faced w/the same situation - replacing the belt. It seems you have to do the following
* Disconnect the pump hoses
* Remove the pump and motor housing from the base of the
unit
* Tip the pump and motor housing over and unbolt the pump
from the pump and motor housing unit
* Slide the belt over the pulley on the pump
* Reattach the pump to the pump and motor housing unit
* Reattach the pump and motor housing unit to the base of
the unit
* Slide the belt under the pulley on the tub unit
>> It looks then like there is free access to slip the belt on
the wheel under the tub and to then attach it to the
pump.
>> You may have to remove the sides and back of the unit
to get enough room/leverage to pull the belt onto the
pulley
* Put back the sides and front of the unit
Am trying to get my neighbor over here to help as he has more experience with these things. Will post back here the results.
Please post back yours.
Good luck,
John
