Mend Baxi SOLO 3 PFL 60 Boiler Ignition

fault find baxi solo 3 pfl 60 boiler?

Only 106volts [not240v] at pressure switch, supply 240v to switch, fan will starts + ignition sparks but pilot will not light. I have fitted new circuit board + new potentiometer switch. Next constructive suggestion please.

Why did you change PCB ?
Are you getting 106V between Live & Neutral or Live & Earth
