Mend Rover 25 Front Button Ideas

How can I fix the electric windows on my Rover 25?

The driver's front window won't close using the button. Any ideas how I fix this?

found the fault,wires broken in loom at door hinge,same at rear hatch wiring,number plate lights were not working...

Does the alarm have total closure? You can close the windows on some rovers by pressing the button you would lock the car with, but keep it pressed down and see if the windows rise. Works on my 800.
