how do I enter the code for the cdc player on a phillips cr600?

I cannot enter the code for my cdc on a phillips CR600
radio, Can anyone give me the correct sequence? it appears the instruction book has been lost. the radio is not a problem, does the cdc code have to be entered a different way? I hope someone can help me, Thanks.
