Instruction Book on how to re-enter my Car Radio/tape/CD Code?

I changed the battery on my deceased husbands 1998 Vauxhall Omega 2000 and cannot find the instruction book on how I re-set the thing. I have the code card but do not know what to do with it.
The radio/cd/tape player is Phillips CCR 600.
Can someone please help me?
