Mend BEKO D2731FW Replace Unit Years

i want to replace a part for dishwasher BEKO D2731FW?

I want replace a part mainly the whole upper spray arm unit, as these have been eroded over 4 years. Can i buy these parts as i cant find any, apart from the spray arm.
