How can fix Sabre HE boiler,green light flashing,but no hot water!?

I have had the same problem with my boiler. Have repressurised it and hot water is still not working.

The Boiler is a Sabre(vokera) HE when i switch it onto central Hot water only there is no hot water enven though the gren status light flashes to says its okay.

When I switch to central heating and hot water combination mode, the radiators works for a couple of minutes and then cuts out and the red led flashes. It cuts out even earlier when i turn on the hot water taps ?

I have had the boiler for just over one year.?
My wife and kids are giving me hassle? Its cold
I have had a quote for £187 to fix it ? I asked what it was based on and they could not tell me?

I have read throgh the manual and looked at other discussion boards. Apparently the circuit board needs replacing ? But when I read the manual ... a potential short circuit or irregular current is given as a possible cause or a problem with somethiung called a thermister"

pressuming the diverter valve is functioning on changeover the pressure can be raised by opening the filling loop .it will usually be a flexible type of hose in stainless steel braid that has a valve at the cold mains end and also at the boiler inlet. you need to open the mains end first and then open the boiler end slowly allowing mains water into the boiler.when it has reached the set pressure required by the manufacturer shut both valves.this will correct the fault
