Mend Firebird 90 Popular Oil

How do I bleed my 'Firebird 90 Popular' Oil Fired Boiler?

Hi - I just got a fill of oil after my oil ran out. When the guy came to put the oil in, he offered to 'bleed' my 'Firebird 90 Popular' boiler, but the heat came on OK first time. Now, in order to get the heat to come on, I need to press the reset button 3 or 4 times to get it fired up.

My firebird 90 got low on oil and i think it has picked up sludge from the tank as I can't blead it. I've opened the line on the boiler side of the turn off valve and when I turned it on I'm not getting a strong flow of oil. I'm wondering what's the best way to clear the line back to the tank. I'll not be able to get a service man out till after the weekend

my firebird 90 28 sec boiler does not work / run efficiently when the main vent louvre door is in place although when the door is removed it runs ok what is causing this blowing or inefficient running of boiler

might need only bleeding but could be dirty parts need to be replaced stop hitting reset and call a tech.
