we have the same problem, filter clear, took pipe off bottom of drum, and large white plastic ball in there, should it be?

something might have got through the filter into the drain pump impellor.remove the filter and have a look inside the filter housing with a torch.the impellor you see should rotate freely.(water will poor out !!!)
