Mend Moffat MSS600 Replace Rubber Around

how do i replace the rubber seal around my oven?

I have a Moffat MSS600 Built in oven, unfortunately the rubber seal surrounding the oven has split and I would like to replace it, 1. can it be done? 2 does it require expert repair? thank you.
