How do I get the door off to replace it

Hi
Have had same problem, not filling and rotating program selector knob,
Turned out to be worn brushes on the motor. Looks like the wiring affects the neutral side of the circuit.
£20 repair for a lot of grief.

Note from the Instruction Manual:

"The programme selector knob keeps turning?
Wait a few minutes for the drain pump to empty the tub, switch the washer off, select one of the symbols stop/reset • , then switch it back on. If the knob continues to turn, call for assistance because it is showing an anomaly."

I've got a similar problem.
Programmer resets ok (flashing LED) but won't select any program. If you move it it will spin and stop at the chosen program, but won't do anything.
Sometimes the inlet solenoids click, and the pump spins freely (it did have a few 1p coins in there and other 'stuff' ??) all back together and clear still nothing??
I've checked the wiring and it's all attached, and nothing appears to be damaged.
Any ideas?

You must have put something back wrong when you were inside it. Go back and have a look to make sure you have not left anything disconnected.
