I have a beko WM6111W washing machine and after a wash the softener section in the draw is always full of water. What is the problem?

Once the wash has finished and it begins to spin it shakes the whole house. I have taken the top off and the two springs are still attached, and at the bottom the two supports are also still attached. Am I missing any? If so, what else could this be?
